Nicor will soon be giving owners notice of our upcoming annual general meeting, so doing this at your earliest convenience will help keep everyone informed.

New Parking Enforcement Policy
To now report a parking infraction in our lots, please call the 24/7 maintenance line: 306-337-4782. We will be rolling out a ticketing program in partnership with the City of Regina and towing where necessary.
Welcome to Christie, our new Nicor Community Manager!
As of today, Christie Keith is our new Nicor Community Manager. She brings a wealth of experience with condo communities and will help expedite the update to Nicor’s new systems for tracking and completing maintenance requests. We thank Leona for all she has done for us at the Westfield Twins over the years and wish her well. Please note these new numbers:

- Physical distancing (2 metres) must be maintained.
- Sign-in sheets must be filled in for all users for COVID-19 tracking should it become necessary.

New Cleaning Protocols
Jimi & Stephanie will be disinfecting common touch surfaces more frequently during the duration of the pandemic. This means door handles, elevator buttons, washer and dryer controls, and more.
