Water Shutoff 2830 Gordon Rd 1pm-4pm today

Residents of Westfield Twins – Tower 1 (Gordon Rd)

Please be advised that the hot water to Tower 1 (Gordon Rd) will need to be shut off temporarily for an emergency repair to the hot water tank on Wednesday January 27, 2021 from 1pm to 4pm.

This will only affect Tower 1.

We apologize for any inconvience this may cause.

Thank-you for your cooperation.

IMPORTANT: Cold Weather & Your Heating Pipes

As the winter temperature drops our heating system becomes more important to us.  If you have trouble regulating your temperature (either getting too hot, or too cold) please contact the Nicor Maintenance Line (306-337-4782) to arrange an inspection.  Using alternate methods to heat or cool your suite (ie opening windows or patio doors for more than a few minutes) can have disastrous effects for both you and your neighbours.  Very cold air coming in through an open window / patio door can freeze and break radiant heat pipes, sending vast amounts of water into your suite and any suite(s) below and beside.

Thank you for your care and attention in this matter.

Fire Alarm Testing – Wed Nov 18

Please be advised that the Annual Fire Alarm Testing will be taking place
on Wednesday November 18, 2020 between the hours of 9am-5pm. The
inspector will not need access to individual units, but residents should
expect to hear intermittent alarms sounding throughout the day. There is
no need to exit the building during the testing.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Masks Now Mandatory In Common Areas

As of November 6th masks are mandatory in common areas of apartment buildings in Regina as per the new Saskatchewan Government order. This order will be in place for at least 28 days (December 4th). The text reads that this applies to:

Common areas of condo and apartment buildings, such as lobbies, elevators and hallways, but not the private apartment or condo itself”

We thank you in advance for doing your part to keep your neighbours, your families, and yourself safe during this time.
