Please note that arrangements have been made to complete parking lot snow removal on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 starting at 8:00 A.M. and lasting for as long as it takes to complete the work. In order to help accommodate the completion of a thorough job we are requesting that owners/tenants remove their vehicles from the parking stalls prior to the work commencing and please do not return your vehicles until the entire job is complete. The more vehicles that are removed the more likely it will be that the crew will be able to thoroughly clean parking stalls and drive areas. Stalls with vehicles too close to them that do not allow for safe maneuvering of the snow removal equipment will not be able to be properly cleared. The Westfield Twins Condominium Corporation maintains the right to implement a $100 administrative charge for vehicles that are not moved to accommodate the parking lot cleaning. Please note that in some instances parking stalls may be used to pile snow until it can be properly hauled away. The layout of the property does not provide many opportunities for temporarily locating moved snow and until it can all be properly removed there may be some inconvenient piles located around the property. These will be all removed as soon as possible and beforework is completed that day.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience while this work is being completed.

Hot Tub Open Again
Please be advised that the repairs to the hot tub water lines are now completed. Pool Buoy was also onsite to ensure that everything is working as intended and the hot tub is now operational and available for use during the regular pool hours.
In addition to the hot tub being closed for an extended time due to covid, leaks were discovered when the hot tub was first restarted. Because of other storm drain line completion that was already started in the same area, the new hot tub water lines were further delayed.
We would like to thank all of the residents for their understanding and patience while this work was being completed.

IMPORTANT: Cold Weather & Your Heating Pipes
As the winter temperature drops our heating system becomes more important to us. If you have trouble regulating your temperature (either getting too hot, or too cold) please contact the Denro’s maintenance staff, 306-586-1501, to arrange an inspection. Using alternate methods to heat or cool your suite (ie continuously running a space heater or opening windows/patio doors for more than a few minutes) can have disastrous effects for both you and your neighbours. Very cold air coming in through an open window / patio door can freeze and break radiant heat pipes, sending vast amounts of water into your suite and any suite(s) below and beside.
Thank you for your care and attention in this matter.
