IMPORTANT: Cold Weather & Your Heating Pipes

As the winter temperature drops our heating system becomes more important to us.  If you have trouble regulating your temperature (either getting too hot, or too cold) please contact the Denro’s maintenance staff, 306-586-1501, to arrange an inspection.  Using alternate methods to heat or cool your suite (ie continuously running a space heater or opening windows/patio doors for more than a few minutes) can have disastrous effects for both you and your neighbours.  Very cold air coming in through an open window / patio door can freeze and break radiant heat pipes, sending vast amounts of water into your suite and any suite(s) below and beside.

Thank you for your care and attention in this matter.

Pool News

As a result of ongoing difficulties managing the presence of organic matter in the pool which has caused the persistent cloudy nature, the board of directors at Westfield Twins has made the decision to move from using Bromine treatment back to Chlorine treatment. The chlorine treatment should be able to better manage the situation and result in more consistently clean water.
In order to ensure the most success with the change the pool is closed effective immediately to facilitate draining the water, performing a thorough scrub and clean, and refilling with new water and the chorine treatment. It is expected the pool will be available for use again beginning Monday May 2, 2022.
Additionally, pool users are being asked to be mindful of the ways in which you use the pool which plays a large role in the quality of the water. Rules for pool usage can be found in the owners manual and posted in the pool building and include(but are not limited to):
-Taking a cleansing shower before entering the pool or hot tub
-Proper Swim attire should be worn at all times in the pool and hot tub(no street clothes)
-Children are not allowed to swim alone and must be accompanied by the resident.
-No children under three years of age are permitted in the pool or hot tub.
Adherence to the above will help to ensure the pool is kept in good condition and consistently available for use on a more regularly basis. Your anticipated co operation in this regard is appreciated.

parking lot snow removal Tues March 8th, 8am

Please note that arrangements have been made to complete parking lot snow removal on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 starting at 8:00 A.M. and lasting for as long as it takes to complete the work. In order to help accommodate the completion of a thorough job we are requesting that owners/tenants remove their vehicles from the parking stalls prior to the work commencing and please do not return your vehicles until the entire job is complete. The more vehicles that are removed the more likely it will be that the crew will be able to thoroughly clean parking stalls and drive areas. Stalls with vehicles too close to them that do not allow for safe maneuvering of the snow removal equipment will not be able to be properly cleared. The Westfield Twins Condominium Corporation maintains the right to implement a $100 administrative charge for vehicles that are not moved to accommodate the parking lot cleaning. Please note that in some instances parking stalls may be used to pile snow until it can be properly hauled away. The layout of the property does not provide many opportunities for temporarily locating moved snow and until it can all be properly removed there may be some inconvenient piles located around the property. These will be all removed as soon as possible and beforework is completed that day.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience while this work is being completed.
